Porcelain Plus Australia Ascale Sintered Stone (6mm & 12mm) Gift Card Promotion — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Porcelain Plus Australia Pty Ltd trading as Porcelain Plus Australia (ABN 79 648 340 774), of 64-70 Eddison Road, Dandenong South VIC 3175 (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Only purchases invoiced within the Promotion Period qualify. Quotes issued during the Promotion Period but invoiced after 31 July 2026 do not qualify.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to business and retail customers of the Promoter who purchase a Qualifying Product during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
3.3 The Promoter may, at its discretion, exclude any customer whose account is in arrears at the time the gift card would otherwise be issued.
4. Qualifying Purchase
4.1 A “Qualifying Product” is any 6mm or 12mm Ascale sintered stone panel that forms part of the Promoter’s current floor stock (“Floor Stock”) as at the date of the relevant invoice, purchased at standard or quoted prices. The promotion does not extend to special order, indent, or non-stock Ascale items, or to any other panel range, size, or brand.
4.2 A Gift Card will be issued for each Qualifying Product purchased, at the following value: (a) a $50 Visa prepaid gift card for each 6mm Ascale sintered stone panel; and (b) a $100 Visa prepaid gift card for each 12mm Ascale sintered stone panel.
4.3 There is no limit on the number or total value of Gift Cards a customer may earn under this promotion. However, the promotion applies only to Qualifying Products forming part of the Floor Stock and is subject to availability. If Floor Stock of a particular Qualifying Product is exhausted before 31 July 2026, the Promoter may, at its discretion and without liability, cease offering Gift Cards for that product for the remainder of the Promotion Period; Gift Cards already earned on fully paid invoices for that product will still be honoured.
4.4 The promotion does not apply to: (a) any panel that is not a 6mm or 12mm Ascale sintered stone panel forming part of the Floor Stock, including but not limited to other ranges, brands, or sizes (e.g. 20mm panels), special order or indent stock, offcuts, samples, or seconds; (b) purchases made using credit notes or returns-related exchanges;
4.5 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, rebate, or discount unless the Promoter agrees in writing.
5. Issue of Gift Cards
5.1 Gift Cards will be issued only after the qualifying invoice has been paid in full in accordance with the customer’s trading terms.
5.2 Gift Cards will be issued within fourteen (14) days of full payment being received.
5.3 Gift Cards are issued to the purchasing entity named on the invoice (the account holder), not to any individual employee, agent, or representative of that entity. Cards will be delivered to the account holder’s registered business address or made available for collection by an authorised representative of the account holder.
5.4 Where the purchaser is an individual retail customer purchasing in their own name, the Gift Card will be issued to that individual.
6. Returns and Clawback
6.1 If a Qualifying Product is returned, cancelled, or credited (in whole or in part) after a Gift Card has been issued, the Promoter may deduct the corresponding Gift Card value (being $50 per 6mm panel or $100 per 12mm panel, as applicable) from any refund or credit owing, or invoice the customer for the equivalent value of the Gift Card(s) issued.
7. Gift Card Conditions
7.1 Gift Cards are Visa prepaid cards and are subject to the card issuer’s own terms, conditions, expiry dates, and activation requirements, which are outside the Promoter’s control. Customers should review the issuer’s terms on receipt.
7.2 Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, not transferable for value through the Promoter, and cannot be exchanged for credit against the Promoter’s invoices.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Gift Cards after delivery to the account holder.
8. Disclosure and Compliance (Trade Customers)
8.1 Where the customer is a business, the Gift Card is provided as a benefit to the business, not to any individual. It is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to disclose the offer and any Gift Cards received to their employer or principal.
8.2 Nothing in this promotion is intended to constitute, and must not be treated as, a secret commission, inducement, or undisclosed personal benefit to any employee or agent of a customer. The Promoter reserves the right to decline to issue a Gift Card where it reasonably believes issuing it would breach any law or the gift/conduct policy of the customer’s organisation.
8.3 Customers are responsible for their own tax treatment of Gift Cards received. The Promoter recommends customers seek their own accounting advice.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of qualifying purchases and to refuse to issue Gift Cards in cases of suspected fraud, invoice manipulation, or breach of these terms.
9.2 If this promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, subject to any applicable laws and any written directions of a relevant regulator. Gift Cards already earned on fully paid qualifying invoices will still be honoured.
9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.4 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at [insert URL], and used for the purpose of administering the promotion.
9.5 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
